This document outlines the terms and conditions of Pavelon. By making a booking with Pavelon you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

1.Cancellation and Collection
1.1 Pavelon will charge a standard cancellation fee of GHC 30 if a cancellation is made on the day the repair is booked, unless the repair is rescheduled for a later date.
1.2 A cancellation fee may be applied if Pavelon are unable to collect the Device from the Customer for any fifteen-minute period within the pre-arranged, one-hour time slot. This is applicable, but not limited to, situations where there is no one at the specified address to collect the Device at the specified time; where the Customer is unresponsive to both email and telephone during the specified time; or where the Customer has failed to provide Pavelon with the required, accurate contact information, including a secondary phone number for use during the time of the repair.
2.1 Pavelon will charge a standard diagnostic fee of GHC 30 for all repairs. If the Device cannot be fixed, either as a result of an unknown issue, or a problem that was not accurately stated during the order process, Pavelon will return the Device as it was received and the diagnostic fee will be charged. If the device can be fixed, the GHC 30 diagnostic fee will be taken off the total cost of the repair.
2.2 If additional work needs to be carried out on the Device to repair it to an acceptable working order, over and above that which was stated in the order process, Pavelon will contact the Customer for authorisation.
2.3 If, through negligence or misconduct, Pavelon damages the Device beyond economical repair, it’s liability will be limited to the cost of providing a replacement with a product that is the same as, or similar, to the Device.
2.4 Pavelon takes no responsibility for any progression in damage for devices that have been subjected to liquid damage. Although unlikely, repairing a Device that has been exposed to liquid can set off further damage, that in some cases can be serious and irreparable. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform Pavelon during the order processes of any suspected liquid damage.
2.5 Any data that the Customer may have stored on their device shall remain their sole responsibility and Pavelon accepts no liability for loss or corruption of data howsoever caused; and therefore it highly recommends that the Customer backs up their device on a personal computer or external had drive prior to the repair.
2.6 Incorrect information given by the Customer during the ordering process regarding the make, model, colour, as well as the problem that needs repairing, of the Device may result in Pavelon being unable to return the Device within the agreed time, or being unable to repair the Device entirely, for which it accepts no liability.
2.7 Pavelon do not repair Devices damaged by liquid. If the Customer fails to inform Pavelon of suspected liquid damage, Pavelon reserves the right to cancel the repair and charge the Customer the standard cancellation fee of GHC 30.
2.7 Pavelon accepts no responsibility for an incorrect self-diagnosis of a Device by the Customer. As an example, if the Customer orders a battery replacement, which is then replaced by Pavelon, the Customer will be charged for the replacement, regardless of whether a faulty battery was the cause of the problem experienced.
2.8 Please be aware that in rare occasions repairs can enhance pre-existing damage on components not directly associated with the component being repaired. Although unlikely, repairing one part of a Device can set off further damage in another part of the Device, which in some cases can be serious and irreparable. Pavelon takes no responsibility for such damage.
2.9 When Pavelon repairs the Device, we will keep the part(s) that we have taken out of your phone and recycle them where possible.
3. Payments and Promotions
3.1 When you place an order, you will be asked to provide Pavelon with valid credit or debit card payment details in order to pay for the services provided by Pavelon. We will store your card details for such purpose and you agree that we may undertake authorisation checks on that card.
3.2 If any amount due from you remains unpaid, we reserve the right: (i) to charge reasonable administration costs; (ii) to charge interest (both before and after judgment) on the outstanding amount at the rate applicable to judgment debts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998; (iii) to arrange for any further orders made by you to be suspended; and/or (iv) to take such other action as we deem appropriate, including, without limitation, immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use Pavelon in the future.
3.3 If you decide to cancel a booking, you may do so via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling , subject in each case to the following conditions: (i) if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of GHC 30 which will be charged to your registered credit or debit card.
4. Warranty and Liability
4.1 Pavelon offers a 12 month warranty which can be seen here.
4.2 Pavelon will only offer a warranty on repair where the customer have provided a passcode to their Device or disabled the passcode. Without full access to the Device, Pavelon cannot undertake the full tests needed to offer a warranty.
4.3 If Pavelon repairs the Device and the Device is faulty as a direct result of the repair or the part, Pavelon will repair the Device again at no cost to the customer.
4.4 A subsequent repair will be collected from the address that it was originally collected from only. Pavelon will not travel outside of their coverage zone which is applicable at the time of request.
4.5 By booking with Pavelon, you are aware that a replacement or repair may not match the quality of an original part. This includes, fit of part, colour and brightness of screen as well as subjective feel and touch of the phone. Pavelon will not be held accountable for this and such a case will not be liable for a refund or re-repair.
4.6 If the customer requests a repair under warranty and Pavelon deems it to be outside of the warranty scope, then Pavelon will charge the customer for the additional repair based off the prices listed on the Pavelon website.
4.7 Before a repair under warranty can take place, the customer must provide a full written description along with photographs of the issue.
5.1 On occasion, Pavelon may offer promotions and discounts. These promotions are valid for the first booking that a customer makes only.
5.2 Pavelon reserves the right to refuse a discount at any point, without need to give reason.
5.3 Only one promotion code can be used per order.
5.4 Promotional codes are only valid for orders placed online
5.5 Promotional codes cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings.
5.6 Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
5.7 Any refunds given will be for the original purchase value once the discount has been applied, less diagnostic fee and transaction costs.
